IMG_0660 (1).JPG

Sarah Shiplett blends yoga’s rich lineage with modern accessibility, guiding students across Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and surrounding communities. Her classes and trainings create space for awareness, healing, and growth.

Sarah is a Yoga Alliance YACEP educator and certified prenatal yoga teacher, passionate about guiding students, training teachers, and supporting organizations with yoga, meditation, and sound healing. Her approach blends tradition and innovation, helping individuals and teams build balance and resilience.

Her yoga journey began in 2010 as a step toward self-love and personal growth. What started as a personal practice soon became a calling to share yoga with others in Dallas and beyond.
