A Little Bit About Me! My name is Sarah Shiplett. As yoga teacher in the North Dallas area for over a decade, my intention is to be a guide to move students through an inspiring and invigorating practice. I have a passion for teaching a Vinyasa Flow, of all levels from powerful flows to gentle, meditative movement. Right before journeying into motherhood I received training and certification in prenatal yoga/postnatal yoga. I love helping mommies or mommies-to-be with yoga postures, breathing techniques and labor and delivery mindfulness and meditation/mantras.
